Host Rules

Anyone who creates a match on MAYBE FC is the host of that match.
1. Accurate Information
Hosts must provide accurate date, kickoff time, venue, format, capacity, public/invite-only status, and relevant instructions.
2. Venue
The host is responsible for arranging a suitable venue. MAYBE FC does not independently verify venue ownership, availability, or safety.
3. Co-Hosts
Hosts may appoint a trusted co-host where the feature exists. Co-hosts may receive match-management permissions.
4. Invitations
For invite-only matches, only authorized invitees should be permitted to register. Do not use invitations for spam or misleading sales.
5. Match Completion
After the match, the host must accurately confirm whether the game happened, when it finished, and which registered players Played or were No-show.
6. No-Show Records
Mark No-show only when, to the best of your knowledge, the registered player did not participate. Do not use this status as punishment or retaliation.
7. Reviews
Do not pressure players to submit particular reviews or manipulate teammate feedback.
8. Cancellations
If a match cannot take place, cancel it promptly and communicate the change to registered players.
9. Money and Fees
Unless MAYBE FC explicitly provides payments, any venue/player fee arranged by a host is between host and participants. Hosts must clearly communicate amount, payment method, and cancellation/refund terms.
10. Prohibited Hosting
Do not use MAYBE FC for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, spam, or improperly data-collecting events.
11. Host Accountability
MAYBE FC may restrict hosting for repeated abuse, fraud, spam, false match information, participation manipulation, or unsafe conduct.
12. Platform Role
MAYBE FC provides the technology for organizing matches. The host remains responsible for the match they organize, subject to applicable law and the platform Terms.
