1. About this Policy
MAYBE FC ("MAYBE FC", "we", "us", or "our") is a community platform for discovering, creating, joining, and managing football matches. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, how it is shared, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
2. Eligibility
MAYBE FC is intended for users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or use the service.
3. Information We Collect
### Account information
When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile photo, and Google/Firebase account identifier.
Profile information
You may provide a display name, profile photograph, phone number or other contact details where a feature requires them, and football-related profile information.
Match and participation information
We may process match details, venue/location, registrations, invitations, host/co-host information, participation status (including Played or No-show), completion information, match history, and statistics.
Player feedback
After a completed match, eligible participants may provide structured teammate feedback such as Shooting, Passing, Dribbling, Defending, and Stamina.
Technical information
We may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser/device information, authentication state, network information supplied by infrastructure, error logs, and security information.
4. Why We Use Your Information
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate profiles, create and manage matches, manage registrations and invitations, determine participation, provide match history/statistics, provide teammate feedback, communicate service information, prevent abuse and unauthorized access, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. What Other Users Can See
Depending on the feature, other users may see your display name, profile photo, participation in a match, match history, football-related statistics, and aggregated teammate-strength feedback. Private contact information such as your phone number is not intended to be publicly exposed through ordinary player profiles or team sheets.
6. Reviews and Player Feedback
Player feedback is community-generated information. Valid feedback may be aggregated into player profiles. It is not a professional assessment, medical assessment, employment evaluation, or guaranteed measure of football ability. MAYBE FC may remove or restrict feedback that violates its Terms or Community Guidelines.
7. Service Providers
We use third-party infrastructure and service providers, including Google/Firebase for authentication, database and infrastructure, and Google services for map/location-related functionality. Additional providers may be used as the service develops.
8. Data Storage and Transfers
MAYBE FC uses cloud infrastructure, so information may be stored or processed outside your city or country, subject to applicable law and our arrangements with service providers.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for operating accounts, maintaining legitimate match history, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Deletion may not immediately remove information that must be retained for these purposes.
10. Your Choices and Requests

11. Account Deletion
Contact akshay.l4.work@gmail.com or use an available account-deletion feature. Limited information may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and device.
13. Data Breaches
If a personal-data security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will follow the applicable notification and response requirements.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy as MAYBE FC or applicable law changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
