1. Acceptance
By using MAYBE FC, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Match & Safety Rules, and Host Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
MAYBE FC is intended for users aged 18 years or older. You must provide accurate information and must not create an account for another person without authorization.
3. What MAYBE FC Provides
MAYBE FC provides software for discovering, creating, joining, inviting players to, and managing football matches. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MAYBE FC is not the venue owner, referee, coach, medical provider, insurer, or organizer of a user-created match.
4. User-Created Matches
Hosts are responsible for accurate match information, including date, time, venue, capacity, format, registration requirements, and changes or cancellation. Misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or abusive matches are prohibited.
5. Joining a Match
Registration does not guarantee that a match will occur. A match may be cancelled or changed. Invite-only matches may require a valid invitation.
6. Match Participation
MAYBE FC may record whether a registered player actually participated in a completed match. Hosts may mark registered players as Played or No-show. Users must not deliberately provide false participation information.
7. Player Feedback
Eligible participants may provide structured teammate feedback after a completed match. Feedback must be honest, football-related, and free from harassment, threats, discrimination, and personal attacks. Feedback is not a professional rating or guarantee of ability.
8. User Conduct
You must not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, impersonate, spam, create fake matches/accounts, manipulate registrations or participation, submit deliberately false reviews, access another account, bypass security, upload malicious code, or use the service unlawfully.
9. Safety
Football involves physical activity and injury risk. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate and for following venue and safety instructions. See the Match & Safety Rules.
10. Payments
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MAYBE FC does not process or guarantee football/turf fees between users. Hosts arranging fees outside MAYBE FC must clearly communicate the amount and conditions. Future payment features will have additional terms.
11. User Content
You retain rights you may have in content you submit. You grant MAYBE FC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process such content as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to submit it.
12. Intellectual Property
MAYBE FC branding, software, design, logos, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to the operator unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit the platform except as permitted by law or with permission.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, repeated misuse, or to protect users/service. We may also discontinue or materially change the service.
14. Availability
MAYBE FC is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or permanent availability of any match listing.
15. Third-Party Services
MAYBE FC depends on services such as Google/Firebase and map services, whose availability and policies may affect the service.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAYBE FC and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. User-to-User Disputes
MAYBE FC is not responsible for disputes between users, hosts, co-hosts, players, venues, referees, or participants. We may assist with platform reports but do not guarantee a particular outcome.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable Indian law and subject to courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable law.
